Srinagar: 11 sheep have been crushed to death by a speeding truck in south Kashmir’s Qazigund area, police said on Saturday.
They incident took place last evening, they said.
Police officials told Kashmir Reader that a Truck no JK-04A-8140 coming from Jammu to Srinagar hit and run over a herd of sheep on the Srinagar-Jammu highway at Lower Munda area of Qazigund.
11 sheep were crushed to death, they said.
A case FIR No 99/18 has been registered in this regard, police said.
