Srinagar: Panic gripped the Shalpora Market of north Kashmir’s Sopore town on Friday after a snake was spotted in a footwear shop, local sources said.
According to locals soon after Friday congregational prayers a snake was spotted inside Reshi Footwear at Shalpora Market triggering chaotic situation and panic in the area.
People believe that the snake must have come from local graveyard near to the market.
The snake was later captured by a local youth, witnesses said.
