New Delhi, June 26 : Delhiites on Tuesday woke up to a cloudy morning with the minimum temperature recorded at 30.7 degrees Celsius, three notches above the seasson’s average.
The minimum temperature declined by two notches from Monday’s 32.6 to settle at 30.7 degrees Celsius.
The weather office has forecast possibility of thunderstorm during the day.
According to the Met Department, the maximum temperature will hover around 40 degrees Celsius.
“Till 0830 hrs, the humidity was pegged at 55 per cent,” said the weather department.
On Monday, the maximum temperature was recorded at 42.7 degrees Celsius, five notches above normal for the season.
