JKDFP shocked over Faizan’s killing
Srinagar, Jun 30: Jammu Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party (JKDFP) has strongly condemned the brutal killing of 10th class student Faizan Ahmad by government forces at Pulwama. The party also paid rich and glowing tributes to Shaheed Sajad Ahmad Shah of Handwara who was martyred during a gunfight with occupational forces in Pulwama.
In a statement issued to KNS, JKDFP Spokesperson said that the trigger happy men in uniform have become habitual of killing unarmed civilian Kashmiris in the garb of gunfights and the irony is that government forces are not being asked anything about such innocent civilian killings. Had any authority at some level asked the men in uniform about using blind and brutal force against the unarmed people, the civilian deaths could have been stopped.
The JKDFP spokesperson exhibited solidarity with the parents of Faizan Ahmad of Ladhoo, Khrew and said that men in uniform have devastated the family by killing their innocent child. He said that there is no compensation to the innocent killings and only the affected families can feel the pain of brutalities of the Indian forces.
He said that cordon and search operations and night raids of police and other forces have made the lives of youngsters hellish on one hand and on the other the men in uniform are not losing any chance to kill our youth.
JKDFP spokesperson paid tributes to Shaheed Sajad Ahmad Shah of Gund Chogal, Handwara who laid down his life while fighting the cruel and unruly Indian forces at Pulwama. The spokesperson said that the sacrifices of brave hearts like Shaheed Sajad Ahmad can never be forgotten who fight the strongest military power of the region only to get rid of the decades old slavery.
