SRINAGAR August 01: Sopore police continues in its drive against the contraband Bung and destroyed Bung cultivation at village Panzipora in police jurisdiction Tarzoo.
On the directions of SSP Sopore Shri Javaid Iqbal JKPS, a police party headed by SHO Police Station Tarzoo Shri Zia ul Rehman under the supervision of SDPO Sopore Shri Mashkoor Ahmad Zargar JKPS along with civil society members, jointly conducted a drive against contraband Bung cultivators and destroyed the bung fields.
During the drive the local public, senior citizens of area, especially youth of area appreciated and thanked Sopore police for this special drive.
