BJP puts to rest speculations about Government formation after Yatra
Srinagar, Aug 18 : BJP here on Saturday said that neither it has the support of required numbers for forming any government nor it is trying to muster the support of required numbers for forming of any government in Jammu and Kashmir in short near future.
In a statement to Kashmir News Service (KNS), BJP State General Secretary (Organisation) Ashok Koul said “the BJP has neither the required numbers for forming any government in Jammu and Kashmir nor it is trying to seek the support of required number of MLAs for forming any government in the state in short near future.”
Ruling out the possibility of any government formation in Jammu and Kashmir immediately after Yatra, Koul said “nothing is in offing as for as the formation of a new government in Jammu and Kashmir is concerned.”
With this the BJP has put to rest speculations about the formation of a new combination with or without PDP for forming a new government in the state. (KNS)
