Missing boy traced, reunited with family in Kupwara

SHO’s role hailed by public  

Kupwara: The missing teenager of Shaloora Kralpora was reunited with family after a week, since he had gone missing from his school at his native village on last Wednesday, missing teenager was found from Regipora bus stand in northern Kashmir’s Kupwara District on Wednesday afternoon.

Reports said that, a teenager had gone missing for a week now from Shaloora Kralpora on Wednesday following which family members of boy filed a missing report at police station Kralpora.

Soon after filing the missing report Kupwara at police station Kralpora Police formed a special team headed by SHO Kralpora Waseem Ahmad to find out the missing teenager.

Police identified the youth as Fasil Nasir Son of Nazir Ahmad Chopan Resident of Shaloora Kralpora.

The special team raided various suspected places and inquired from all the relatives, teachers, friends and others who had been in touch with Fasil Ahamd.

After a hectic hunt to locate the whereabouts of the missing Shaloora Boy, The special team headed by SHO Waseem Ahmad on specific tiff caught hold of the boy from a bus stand at Regipora Kupwara in northern Kashmir’s Kupwara on Wednesday Afternoon.

Family, Relatives and locals have thanked Kupwara police especially SHO Kralpora  Waseem Ahmad  for his efforts in tracing the missing boy within short period of time.

It’s worth to mention here that, Earlier the Family, relatives and locals held a protest demonstration in their native village blocking Kupwara-Chowkibal road for hours seeking whereabouts of the missing boy.

Upon reaching the spot concerned SHO who also headed the special team assured the protesters that, police won’t leave any stone unturned to trace out the boy.

Besides locals, Relatives and Family member many senior citizens thanked concerned SHO Waseem Ahmad for his efforts in tracing out the making boy.

While confirming the reunion, Concerned SHO Kralpora Waseem Ahmad said that, the missing boy was traced out after a week after all legal formalities the boy was handed over to their legal heirs.
