DC Ramban inspects ANMT school, exhorts for early completion, Visits Mata Kheer Bhawani langer site

 Ramban June 1: The District Development Commissioner, Ramban Mohammad Aijaz today visited places of Ramban to inspect the pace of progress on developmental projects being executed in the district under various sectors. During the   tour the DDC visited Langer site meant for Pilgrims of Mata Kheer Bhawani at Kowbagh Ramban.
The District Development Commissioner was accompanied by Chief Medical Officer, Dr Saif-u-Din Khan, Xen PWD, S.S Andhi, Medical Superintendent District hospital Ramban and other concerned officers.
            DDC Inspected the construction work of ANMT School being constructed by the JKPHC with an estimated cost of rupees 2.50 crores under centrally sponsored schemes, DDC directed the executing agency to expedite the pace of work ensuring its timely completion.
            DDC expressed his satisfaction over the pace and engineering of the construction works.  He directed the officers and engineers to closely monitor the works besides ensuring its quality. He said that any kind of negligence shall not be tolerated.
            During the inspection of the developmental works, District Development Commissioner stressed the need for synchronization and better coordination among concerned departments and executing agencies so that the projects are completed at an earliest and their benefits percolate to the people.
            He also visited the langer at Kowbagh established by the Mata Kheer Bhawani Committee and inspected the facilities being provided to the devotees and instructed all concerned departments to provide essential services  including  water and power supply to langer. EO MC Ramban was directed to ensure cleanliness of langer site.
