Moulana Rafiq Ahmad Dar Satkipora has condemned the civilian killings in Laroo village of Kulgam .
Moulana Rafiq said that forces have enforced worst kind of brutalities” that are aimed to stop the genuine and just voice and those demanding and supporting this legitimate voice are being arrested, tortured, maimed, disappeared and killed at the hands of government forces day in and out and Kulgam incident is one of the glaring examples of repressive tactics.
