Srinagar: A massive cordon and search operation has been launched by a joint team of government forces at Dreed-Kalipora (DK Pora) village of southern Kashmir’s Shopian district on Saturday.
Witnesses told that a joint team of forces including 34 Rashtriya Rifles were conducting the searches in the village. An army officer said that more forces are rushing towards the village.
He said that a cordon was laid after ‘intelligence inputs about presence of militants’ in the village.
