Karra’s inefficiency responsible for Congress’s defeat in Kashmir

Srinagar : Lashing out at the senior Congress leader Tariq Hameed Karra, All India Secretary Youth Congress Committee Abid Kashmiri today alleged that Karra being a senior member of the party didn’t vote in the recent Muncipal polls and wasn’t able to mobilize the people to vote in the constituency represented by him and his other family members, which led to defeat of party.

In an exclusive chat with the Valley Media Service, Abid who is currently in New Delhi said that it was because of the callous approach of the leaders like Karra that Congress was defeated in the recent polls. “Its an irony Karra enjoys too much of security and yet didn’t cast his vote. He misguided the party men resulting in our defeat.

He should resign from the post of Congress Working Committee membership without any further delay,” Abid demanded. “The Congress party couldn’t bag more seats due to inefficiency of people like Karra.
