Srinagar, Dec 07: The J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) President G.A. Mir has felicitated people of Ladakh Division (Leh & Kargil) on the occasion of Mela Losar, hoping that the occasion will be the harbinger of overall development of J&K State.
In his message of felicitations G.A. Mir said that Mela Losar is a unique occasion celebrated in Ladakh Division, indicating the composite culture of unity and harmony in Ladakh Division.
Festivals are important part of our lives, providing opportunities to intermingle and exchange ideas with each other, G.A. Mir added and said these occasion (Festivals) will continue to strengthen the bonds of unity and friendship in J&K State.
Let this occasion usher in an era of peace, progress and overall development of the State and people as well, Mir prayed.
