Srinagar, Jan 05 : Due to the snowfall, Jammu and Kashmir Awami National Conference (ANC) has cancelled the program at Hotel Raddison to observe death anniversary of former chief minister Ghulam Muhammad Shah.
An official statement of the ANC said that the only the anniversary program has been cancelled, but the Quran recitation at his grave will be carried on as per schedule.
