Div Com Kashmir unfurled the national flag ,inspected the parade & took salute at the march past

Srinagar: Full dress rehearsal for the Republic Day celebration was held today at Sher-i-Kashmir Stadium Srinagar in which Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir Baseer Ahmad Khan ,unfurled the national flag ,inspected the parade & took salute at the march past.

Inspector General of Police Kashmir zone Swayamprakash Pani-IPS,DIG CKR , DIG armed Kashmir, DC Srinagar,SSP Srinagar,besides senior officers of civil administration & police Department & other concerned were present on the occasion.

The parade was commanded by the parade commander SSP Benam Tosh-JKPS.
The march past was presented by the contingents of J&K Police ,JK Armed Police ,BSF,CRPF, SSB,Women Police,Fire & Emergency Services,Forest Protection Force, NCC Cadets,Students from various Schools.

On the occasion, Colourful cultural programme was presented by students from different educational institutions in joint collaboration with Department of information,Education Department,Cultural Academy of Art,Culture & Languages & the Youth Services & Sports Department.
