Srinagar, Feb 22, CNS: Hitting out at the people who are harassing Kashmiris in different parts of India, PDP State Secretary Dr Samiullah Friday said such people are proving Qaid Azam jinnahs prophecies right where he had warned Muslims that you won’t be treated rightly in India .
“The present scenario gives all the more reasons that we should protect our regional autonomy so that Muslim majoritarian character of the state is preserved.”
Dr Samiullah further said attempts to dilute whatever is left of the regional autonomy should be countered strongly.”Whatever Kashmiris are facing now is because of National Conference and miseries date back to the time when Sheikh Muhammad Abdullah changed erstwhile Muslim conference to National Conference .That is the time when compromises started for petty personal interests and interests of nation took a backseat.”
Dr Samiullah further said it is high time we should be able to open high quality educational institutions and hospitals in the state so that our people aren’t forced to go outside.
