Apprised him the demand of Assured Career Progression
Jammu :A delegation of All J&K Plus Two PSC Lecturer’s Association led by President Mansoor Ahmed Khan called upon Commissioner Secretary Hardish Kumar and apprised him the demand of assured career Progression. As per hand out issued, the delegation submitted a detailed representation highlighting the burning demand of Assured career Progression ACP/ TBT.
Mansoor Ahmed khan the President of the Association apprised commissioner Secretary the long pending and core demand of assured career progression. He sought the intervention of commissioner Secretary in resolving this core issue of lecturer community. He urged commissioner Secretary to use his office and project the demand as it is time to resolve the problem of stagnation which otherwise develops complexity and push to psychological trauma because the absence of the benefits of assured career progression ceases financial growth and demoralise the community. The delegation Said that extending benefits of assured career Progression Will surely raise the morale of the community in general and will address the problem of stagnation being faced by this intellectual elite class in particular. The delegation expressed sincere gratitude to commissioner Secretary for expediting the process of placement of lecturers as Senior lecturers. The delegation appreciated commissioner Secretary for implementing govt order no 743 in letter and spirit.They demanded that the same yard stick should be applied while regularising in charge lecturers. The delegation demanded that the officers including Joint directors,CEO,s and Principals should be regularised in time bound manner. The delegation also stressed on the cadre management for raising the standard of quality education and overall improvement. The delegation said that they are very much satisfied and positive over the response of commissioner Secretary and their demands were recognised and considered as genuine. The have been assured that their all the issues will be resolved on priority basis,they further Said. The delegation was comprised of district representatives included Mohd Iqbal Padhar, Rishi Kumar,Romesh Kumar, Imtiyaz Khawaja, Shaber Ishaq, Sandeep Sharma, ,Dr. Sanjay Arora, Javiad Iqbal Naik,Suresh Dhar,Jaffer Iqbal and others.
