Srinagar 14 Feb 2020 (PR): A Moulvi Conclave was organised under the aegis of Military Garrison at Haiderbeigh Pattan on 13 Feb 2020. A strength of 70 Moulvis from the adjoining areas of Baramulla, Sopore, Pattan and Tanmarg attended the same.
The aim of the conclave was to discuss the social evils and the way ahead to eradicate the same. The conclave started with a Tilawath, which was followed by Nath Sharif and a lecture on the social responsibilities of the Moulvies. Burning issues like spread of Corona Virus, Drug addiction, increased crime rate etc were also discussed at length. In the end, the audience was addressed by the Commander, Haider Beigh Sector wherein he appreciated the selfless service of the Moulvies and importance of educating the youth in national building.
The event culminated with felicitating the Moulvies. The attendees appreciated the efforts of the Army in organising such events and always standing alongside them like a ‘Humsaya’ on carving a brighter future for the Awaam.
