JAMMU: Panun Kashmir—an amalgam of Kashmiri Pandit organisations today observed July 13 as ‘Black Day’ here.
Led by President Panun Kashmir, Ashwani Chrungoo, members demonstrated here and castigated the state government for continuing the practice of observing this day as the so-called Martyrs day.
They said that the nationalist population is committed to observe 13th July every year as Black Day. (UNI)
