Baramulla, Apr 11: two narcotic drug peddlers were arrested after charas was recovered from their possession in apple township of Sopore in this north Kashmir district, a police spokesman said on Saturday.
He said on a tip off police intercepted a vehicle and arrested two drug peddlers and recovered 1300 grams of charas fro their possession in Sopore.
The durg peddlers were identified as Hilal Ahmad War, son of Mohammad Shafi War, resident of Warpora and Ishafq Ahmad Reshi, son of Mohammad Ashraf Reshi, resident of Watlab.
Police seized vehicle and lodged FIR, he said adding further investigation has been taken up.
