New Delhi, Apr 30: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on Thursday, mourned the demise of noted Bollywood actor Rishi Kapoor.
Describing Kapoor as ‘a powerhouse of talent ‘, the PM said the sad news has left him anguished.
‘Multifaceted, endearing and lively…this was Rishi Kapoor Ji. He was a powerhouse of talent. I will always recall our interactions, even on social media. He was passionate about films and India’s progress. Anguished by his demise. Condolences to his family and fans. Om Shanti,’the PM said in a condolence message.
Kapoor died this morning after a long battle with cancer.
