‘Ranga Rang’ weekly cultural programme held in Degree college Kangan

Ganderbal(KPS): Government Degree college Kangan collaboration with J&K Academy of Art Culture & Language organised weekly cultural programme ‘Rang-a-Rang’ at Degree college Kangan in this central Kashmir Ganderbal.

In this ´Ranga Rang` weekly programme the experts of J&K Academy of Art Culture and Language expressed gratitude to Cultural Academy for organising and supporting them in such programmes and thanked the audiences.
After welcome address, the Cultural Show began with different “Ranga Rang” programmes followed with other social issues related programmes.
Our Kashmiri language and culture has a different taste and enjoyment than other cultures which surround us. The motive of ‘Rang-a-Rang’ show is to aware people about the cultural diversity and the languages spoken in Kashmir valley. Cultural Academy are the platforms for the young aspirants and artists who want to take part in cultural and other activities,” experts said.
Principal of Degree college also welcomed the guests and handled the stage throughout the show.
Audiences were mesmerised with colourful programmes, they in turn highly appreciated the event. Students of Degree college Kangan, teachers, members of Cultural Academy, other senior officers and civil society in large participated in this cultural show.
Kashmir’s history is five thousand year old be it culture or language. From time to time due unavoidable circumstances our culture is declining and Kashmiri is spoken by lesser number. The activists trying to retrieve both the things by taking active part in it.
