LG inaugurates Police Premier League cricket tournament in Srinagar

Srinagar, Sep 20: Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Sunday inaugurated Police Premier League T-20 cricket tournament in Srinagar in which 16 teams from the summer capital will participate.

Mr Sinha declared open 2nd Police Premier League T-20 cricket tournament at S K Cricket Stadium in Sonwar Srinagar on Sunday. The tournament is being organized by District Police Srinagar. J&K Director General of Police (DGP) Dilbag Singh and other senior police officers were present in the inaugural function.

Mr Singh said that 16 teams from Srinagar are participating in the tournament. “We want our youth and children to have some relaxed and healthy moments,” he added.
