Srinagar, September 22 : A low intensity earthquake measuring 3.6 hit Srinagar tonight. Panic gripped Kashmir particularly in Srinagar where people moved out of their houses. A Srinagar resident said that they feared something war like situation as Chinese and Indian troops are seeing eye to eye in Ladakh.
