Cong grieved over loss of lives in Haftchinar blaze
Srinagar Apr 06 : Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) has expressed deep sorrow over the tragic fire incident at Haft Chinar area of Srinagar district, in which a lady and her six-year-old son lost their lives and described the incident as heart breaking and very unfortunate.
In a statement issued to KPS, JKPCC President Ghulam Ahmad Mir expressed deep shock and grief over the loss of the lady and her six-year-old son in a tragic fire incident at Haft Chinar area of Srinagar district in which six houses were reportedly damaged.
Mir described the incident as very unfortunate and heart breaking.
“I have no words to express my grief over the loss of mother and son in this tragic incident,” Mir added and conveyed deepest condolences to the bereaved family. Mir urged the administration to provide adequate relief to the fire affected families, ensuring that they were able to construct their damaged houses.
JKPCC president also expressed solidarity with the bereaved family and prayed for their courage to bear this irreparable loss—(KNO)
