New Delhi: Holding Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath squarely responsible for the deaths of 60 children in the last five days in a Gorakhpur hospital due to lack of oxygen, the Congress today demanded that he step down owing moral responsibility for the incident.
