J&K High Court extends hearing of cases in virtual model till April 30
Srinagar, Apr 17: The Jammu and Kashmir High Court on Friday had extended the hearing of cases in virtual mode till April 30 for courts in all courts to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
“ After taking note of the rising trend of COVID19 infection cases and the prevailing situation due to the spread of such infection, the High Court order no 189 of 2021/ RG dated 05-04 2021 is extended up to 30th April,” reads an order from Registrar General High Court, a copy of which lies with News Agency KDC.
Jammu and Kashmir has recorded nearly 144021 COVID positive cases so far, while the death toll due to the pandemic has crossed 2048. (KDC)
