Mehbooba led Govt fails on all fronts

Srinagar, Apr 19: Terming the current situation of Kashmir as deteriorating, Rashtriya Jankranti JK State President, Mirza Sajad Hussain Beigh Wednesday said that the Mehbooba Mufti led government in the state has failed on all fronts.
Addressing a press conference in Srinagar, Mirza Sajad condemned the security forces for turning schools and colleges into battlefields and use of force against the students.
He said that situation in the unrest hit Valley is being deteriorated intentionally. While the wounds of 2016 unrest are yet to be healed, the situation here is once again being deteriorated intentionally.
Mirza Sajad said the education of the students, developmental processes, business and other related things has already got affected due to the shutdowns, curfew and other things but it seems that the government has learnt no lesson from the past.
While seeking the imposition of Governor’s rule in JK, Mirza Sajad suggested Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti to resign at earliest.
Referring to the recalling back of security from the candidates who participated in the by-polls, Mirza Sajad said that the authorities are putting the lives of the candidates at risk by recalling back the security.
He demanded the security to the candidates who contested in the recently held by-polls.
Mirza Sajad further demanded that the steps must be taken to bring peace in the state and said that the career of the youth must not be put at stake and the actions that would worsen the situation must be avoided.
