Two CRPF personnel injured in grenade attack in south Kashmir

SRINAGAR: Two Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) personnel were injured in a militant rifle grenade attack in south Kashmir district of Pulwama late last night, official sources said here this morning.

They said militants fired rifle grenades from an unknown place towards a CRPF camp at Tral, about 35 km from here.
Two CRPF personnel were injured when a grenade exploded near the camp, they said adding the injured were hospitalised.
Later, a massive search operation was conducted in the area but the militants had managed to escape under the cover of darkness, they said.(UNI)
