China warns India that it would take all measures to safeguard its territorial sovereignty

Beijing/New Delhi: China has served a tough warning to India over the face-off at the boundary trijunction of China-India and Bhutan.
Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson’s response was in obvious retaliation to what Defence Minister Arun Jaitley had said last week.
Mr Jaitley had said India today is very different from what it was in 1962.
“He is right in saying that India in 2017 is different from 1962, just like China is also different,” said spokesperson for the Chinese Foreign Ministry Geng Shuang.
He said India must pull back the soldiers on the other side of the Sikkim border.   (UNI)
