SRINAGAR: Reacting to Union Minister Jitendra Singh’s alleged comment that BJP didn’t surrender on the issue of Goods and Services Tax in Jammu and Kashmir, former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today said everyone knows that it is the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) that ‘surrenders’ in this relationship.
