The Division Bench, comprising Justices F M Reis and Nutan Sardessai, issued notices, returnable in three weeks, on a petition filed by social activist Advocate Aires Rodrigues.

Advocate Rodrigues had addressed a joint complaint to the Secretary of Ministry of Civil Aviation, the Chief Secretary of Goa and the Director General of Police, demanding an immediate inquiry.
