SRINAGAR: Reacting to BJP national spokesperson Sambit Patra’s comment asking for respecting emotions of people who attacked Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi, former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Omar Abdullah said the ruling party at the Centre should use the same yardstick to describe people’s actions and emotions in Kashmir when talking about protests here.
”I would request the BJP to use the same yardstick to describe people’s actions and emotions in Kashmir when talking about protestors here,” Mr Abdullah, who is the working president of National Conference, wrote on micro-blogging site twitter. (UNI)
