This bridge connects five   villages Malpora , Arch ,Guzarbal, Babsipora and Arampora to main town Ganderbal. We have to take other long routes to reach to the town, which wastes our time. We have approached to various authorities from time to time but all in vain,” he added.

Locals said that a footbridge was made but we demanded bridge for vehicles, many officials and ministers assured us construction of vehicle bridge .

They further said that MLA Ganderbal Ishfaq Jabbar has also promised to release money from his CDF but in all these years nothing has been done to construct the bridge.

A wooden makeshift bridge recently collapsed due is rise in water level which has completely disconnected the villages with district headquarter.
