Former Conservator Maqbool Rather’s work hailed
Srinagar: Irfan Rasool Wani on Saturday took charge as North Kashmir circle Conservator from Mohammad Maqbool Rather who was give warm send off.
During the charge take over, Chief Forest Conservator Forests Nisar Ahmad (IFS) and Joint Director Forest Protection was present on the occasion.
