MSIL starts ‘Nexa car operations’ through Jamkash vehicleades in Kashmir

SRINAGAR: The country’s largest car manufacturer, Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL) has recently started its Nexa operations for premium cars in Srinagar through its J&K based dealers Jamkash vehicleades (Kashmir) Pvt Ltd. At least hundred IGNIS cars were delivered in a single day at Srinagar.
Pertinently IGNIS is a premium urban compact car from MSIL and is being offered through Nexa channel (showrooms).
A ceremony in this regard was held at hotel Taj Viventa at Srinagar where S.S Seghal, Executive President, J&K Bank was the Chief Guest and from Maruti Suzuki India limited, Ankur Sharma-Commercial Business Head (North) was also present.
While explaining about Nexa and Nexa Experience, Irfan Ahmad, MD and CEO Jamkash vehicleades (Kashmir) Pvt Ltd and Baldev Singh Raina also thanked all the customers for choosing IGNIS.
According to the statement issued, IGNIS is built on a new generation’s rigid platform embodying Suzuki Total Effective Control Technology (TECT) for occupant protection.
“The company along with its suppliers has invested over Rs 950 crores towards development of IGNIS. IGNIS comes with 98.5% localization”, the handout added.
Worth to mention Jamkash is the first largest dealer for Maruti Suzuki with largest volume of services, Platinum Brand award for quality sales.
Apart from this, Jamkash vehicleades have their branches at Hyderpora, Baramulla, Kupwara, Handwara, Uri, Bandipora, Ganderbal, Magam, Narbal, and Hanjura Pattan.
Jamkash Vehicleades also have 14 hundreds staff strength for its operations. Around eight to nine thousand cars are being sold annually in Kashmir that makes it to bag the top rank in automobiles company list of valley.
