Dr Farooq Peer receives award on behalf of his son
Srinagar, Oct 14: Fazlul Haseeb who recently secured 36th rank in IAS examinations was Sunday honoured by Kashmir Institute of Excellence.
Haseeb was honoured by KIE during a function at Parraypora Srinagar today.
The award was received by his father Dr Farooq Ahmad Peer on behalf of his son as he was out of state.
