Jammu and Kashmir government today announced winter vacations for schools in Kashmir division and other areas falling under the winter zone of the state. The winter vacations for up to standard 8 will begin from December 06 Dec 2018 to 02 March 2019 while those for 9 to 12 standard it will start from December 17 to 23 Feb 2019, an order issued by the Education Department reads.
The schools are scheduled to reopen on March 02, 2019.
