Operation Sindhu: Two More Evacuation Flights Arrive in Delhi from Iran
As part of the ongoing Operation Sindhu, two additional evacuation flights from Iran landed in Delhi on Thursday, bringing back Indian nationals amid rising tensions in the region.
According to official sources, the flights originated from Mashhad, a key city in northeastern Iran. The first flight arrived at Indira Gandhi International Airport’s Terminal 3 around 4:30 p.m., while the second flight is expected to land later tonight at approximately 11:30 p.m.
Operation Sindhu is a coordinated evacuation effort led by the Government of India to ensure the safe return of its citizens from Iran, amid concerns over regional instability and security developments.
