Srinagar: Parvez Rasool and Imran Haroon got this award in cricket but Parvez Rasool didn’t receive award personally as he on hajj his friend Ayaan Haroon received his award on behalf of him (files are attached herewith )
Imran has been a known face of Jammu and Kashmir cricket. He has been performing brilliantly in Under 19,22,and -25 national events as well as local events in Jammu and Kashmir
He had become a common conversation point in local cricketing circles in j&k India
The best of his ability and temperament were on display in his under 25
Unbeaten 177* Marathon century against Haryana in 2013 C.k Nayudu trophy .
Once Again he has proved his metal in his
debut, Ranji trophy January 2015
Haroon is the first player from j&k to make century in debut ,he stood tall with an unbeaten 102*against Bengal at Eden garden stadium
