Siddharthnagar, May 29 : Four children of a family drowned in Rapti river while bathing in Jogiya Kotwali area here late on Monday night.
Police sources here said that incident occurred when sons of one Dharmraj and his cousin with a unique name America went into deep water in the river and drowned.
Both have named their sons Neeraj and Dheeraj.
Dharamraj’s sons Neeraj and Dheeraj aged 8 and 9 while America’s sons aged 7 and 10.
The sources said that bodies of three children were fished out with the help of local swimmers but search for Dhheraj was still on.
