Mumbai, May 29 :The benchmark index of Bombay Stock Exchange
(BSE) on Tuesday gained by 24 points to 35,189.78 on buying
witnessed in Energy, Health Care, Realty and Industrials.
The Nifty of National Stocks Exchange (NSE) too rose by 7
points to 10,695.95.
The sensex registered intra day high and low at 35,232.44 and
35,095.89 points respectvely.
The Nifty recorded intra day high and low at 10,709.30 and
10,663.92 respectively.
The indices like Energy, Gealth Care and Realty kept the rally
intact for the fourth day today.
The gainers were Tata Steel by 1.46 pc to Rs 584, L & T by 1.32
pc to Rs 1395.80, Maruti Suzuki by 1.29 pc to Rs 8817.90 and Sun
Pharma by 1.14 pc to Rs 505.40.
The losers were SBIN by 1.49 pc to Rs 268.20, ICICI Bank by 1.14
pc to Rs 295.85, Kotak Bank by 0.31 pc to Rs 1291.95 and Tata Motors
DVR by 0.64 pc to Rs 174.45.
