Srinagar: Joint Resistance Leadership comprising Syed Ali Geelani, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, and Muhammad Yasin Malik Saturday strongly condemned the killing of two youth in South Kashmir within a span of just 24 hours by the government forces.
The leadership said in a statement that the government forces without showing any respect for Eid killed a youth in Islamabad just a day after killing of another boy by the Army at Pulwama”.
The JRL said, “forces have started the genocide of Kashmiri youth after a break of one month”.
The leadership while condemning the killings urged people to offer funeral in absentia for the slain youth after Asar prayers across Kashmir today and to register their protest against the brutal killings.
