Spokesperson hails people for poll boycott
SRINAGAR, APRIL 10: The spokesperson of Islamic Political Party – JK today slammed New Delhi and its local collaborators for once again starting the killing spree of youth amid the election drama.
The IPP spokesperson in a press release said on one hand, New Delhi is staging an election drama in Kashmir which the people have openly rejected and on other side, bullets and pellets are being showered on youth.
“This is extremely shameful on part of India and its puppets,” he said. He said the people of Kashmir deserve all hail and appreciation for election boycott in central Kashmir despite the fact that entire resistance leadership was caged.
The spokesperson paid glowing tributes to 8 youth who were martyred by occupational forces and said it is due to such courage and pro-freedom spirit of youth that has unnerved New Delhi.
The IPP spokesperson appealed to people of South Kashmir to completely boycott the so-called elections the same way the central Kashmir boycotted.
He also strongly the continuous arrest of party’s incarcerated chairman and senior APHC leader Mohammad Yousuf Naqash who is lodged in Central Jail, Srinagar.
