Srinagar, Sept 30 : Panic gripped a village in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district when a body, bearing torture marks, was found on Saturday morning, official sources said.
A few local residents spotted the body in Newa area and informed the police about it.
The deceased was identified as Shabir Ahmad, (24), a driver by profession.
Police has registered a case and started investigation, the sources said.(UNI)
