Ananthapur Jan 30 : In a shocking incident, a woman killed her two daughters and later committed suicide by hanging herself at Nayanapalle village of Lepakshi Mandal in this district on Tuesday.
Police said the deceased were identified as Kalpana (30), her two daughters Meghana (6) and Yashaswini (3).
Her parents and relatives alleged that the husband of the deceased Veerabhadram had been harassing her for the past two years as she gave birth to two girls.
Her husband also harassed her to bring more dowry.
Unable to bear the harassment, she killed her two daughters and later committed suicide.
