The Minister of State (MoS) in the Prime Minister’s office Dr Jitender Singh has recently claimed that militancy is dying and is in its last stage.

Who was it who was saying militancy in Kashmir is dying & in its last stages? #RemindMe.’
He further tweeted that ‘And once again, after a gap of many years, IEDs detonated by terrorists are a reality that will have to be factored in. We’d all but forgotten about these.’
He was reacting to over ten grenade attacks in different parts of the valley, including Srinagar city during the past ten days besides militant attack on Army camp in Hajin in Bandipora and IED blast in Sopore on Tuesday.
