Jammu, February 02: Commandant General HG/CD/SDRF J&K Shri Danesh Rana decorated DySsP Shri Vinod Kumar and Shri R K Sharma with the SP rank in a simple pipping ceremony held at Police Headquarters here today.
In charge DIG SDRF Jammu Shri Vikas Gupta, Commandant SDRF 2nd Bn. Ms Nisha Nathyal, SSP Shri G. L. Sharma, SSP Shri Randhir Singh, and Pvt. Secy to ADGP Coordination PHQ Shri Farooq Ahmad were present on the occasion.
Shri Danesh Rana on the occasion congratulated the officers and their families. He impressed upon the officers to continue their professional work with more zeal and zest. He wished them good luck for their future assignments.
Shri Vinod Kumar and Shri R K Sharma were promoted as Superintendent of Police by Home Department of J&K vide its orders No. 20 of 2022.
