Sopore Police on Saturday conducted searches at around 15 locations across the district, including Sopore, Bomai and Tarzoo, in connection with cases registered under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act linked to banned organisation Jamaat-e-Islami.
Officials said incriminating material, including literature linked to the banned outfit, was seized during the searches.
