Renowned Social Political Activist Sardar Tajinder Singh appealed to Govt.of India (GOI) for implementing of Minimum Wages Act in letter and spirit in Jammu and Kashmir UT and provide ex gratia relief to the next kin (NOK) of these daily wagers who lost their lives while on duty.
Tajinder also appeal to the government to resolve the issues of PDD,PHE Employees once for all by ensuring one time settlement.
Tajinder said the issues of daily wagers , casual labourers lingering from long time in the erstwhile State,as these daily wagers have been appointed by the previous successive government but they fail to regularise them therefore Government of India should not delay the regularisation as youth are Suffering due to mistake of previous successive governments.
