Zardari is mafia chief in Sindh: Imran Khan
Karachi, Oct 25 : Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan on Wednesday charged that Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Asif Ali Zardari was chief of a Mafia syndicate in the Sindh province of Pakistan.
Addressing a press conference in Karachi, he said reforms couldn’t be carried out without “bringing the PPP leader to justice,” The News International reported.
Khan said there was not a single institution in Sindh province which is not under Zardari’s influence.
“Recruitment, postings, transfers and approval of funds could not be carried out without Zardari’s consent,” he added.
PTI chief called on the National Accountability Chairman to launch an investigation to identify who was sending the stolen money abroad.
